Abstract

Environment is the inheritance from ancestors and the asset to hand down on to descendants. The use of natural environment by human has brought about the present materials civilization. As this process generated serious environmental pollution and natural destruction and eventually reached a critical situation. The necessity of environment preservation became an important issue. The issue that the whole globe involving a part of nation like developed nation must preserve the planet environment is under fierce discussion internationally. Environmental management by TC 207 in ISO(International Standardization Organization) who takes charge of standardization in the field of environmental management is taken attractive from all over the world. I think, if the entire Tourist Hotels would apply and operate the EMS by recognizing international environment a product and quality, they could protect the environment and continue to get a profit. This study aims to apply the EMS to the existing Tourist Hotel’s based on the theoretical considerations on EMS and its operating system, to utilize analytic results the P Hotel’s EMS as basic data for empirical considerations, to form CEO’s mind of the environment and to put a direction for future study’
